Bikini cover ups

Hi Blog friends! I hope everyone had a good weekend. As I mentioned on my last post I crocheted two bikini cover ups last month and I will share the photo. So, the TADA! Two bikini cover ups for summer.

I was so inspired by my first summer here in the US and our new home sweet home that I spent most of last month doing these dresses.

Anyways, I think hummingbirds are so pretty amazing and beautiful that I need to share the photos that I captured while they are enjoying the feeder that I made yesterday afternoon, made of sugar and water. They love it and kept coming back for more. There are two of them one is red and the other is green. They're so cute!

Moved to our home sweet home

Hi my lovely friends! I am wishing everyone a good weekend and for the americans, a good fourth of july to you all!

It has been a couple of weeks since we occupied this house but still we're not even done arranging, unpacking our household and cleaning. Whew! Moving is a lot of work i know that but being overseas for awhile and living in an apartment was less work than buying a house of our own. But, we have a great house i will share some photos of the beautiful garden soon. ( i am still cleaning the garden and adding more plants.

Anyways, i crocheted two bikini cover ups before we moved in here but no time to upload and the worst part is we still dont have internet! I am just using phone 3g for the time being. I need to share the photos soon too.

Okay, I need to go to home depot again! Whew!

How to start and join crochet-along projects?

Hi Blog friends! I hope everyone is having a good day or had a good day.

Anyways, I wanted to start a crochet-along or join a crochet along projects but I have no clue how.
since I really love the angry bird hat projects I am thinking of sharing my version of it (Well, The black angry bird hat.) and start a crochet along project if I get enough feedback but If not then I  will just do the tutorial for the beanie and some details.
So, What do you think?

Baby Boots

Hi Blog friends I have been meaning to share this pictures of crochet baby booties that I crocheted last April 
but I am not in the mood to write LOL! I guess, I am bored to death in this apartment :-).

I made this baby booties for my friend's baby boy that explain the colors.

In couple of weeks, We are moving to our new home. I am so excited that days seems so long :-)

the blue dress from crochet today

Hi blog friends! 

We finally made it to Fayetteville, North Carolina.  It was so stressful; moving can be so crazy and will drive you insane! LOL!

We are still looking for a house to buy. Found one house that is really amazing and I fell in love with it, but it is a little expensive. I am hoping that the owner will agree to our price. Cross fingers! Good luck for us!

Anyways, I asked my friend to take picture of the dress and her daughter wearing it. Her daughter was a little grumpy but she made managed to snap a photo for me.

The pattern was from the baby issue of crochet today! It was the blue dress I forgot the page number. I only have red soft yarn so, my version was red color.

So, here’s my model she is a sweetheart.

The pattern of the dress was for summer for toddlers but it was shell stitches so, I asked my aunt to sew a lining for it.

Busy busy!

Hi blog friends! It’s been awhile since I posted entry in this blog and commented on other blogs but I have been reading the blogs I am following.

Anyways, last month I went home (to the Philippines) to see my mother and the rest of my family, it was nice to see them again after a year. Although, I was sick when I was there it was okay, because I get to eat my favorite food and fruits, I spent a lot of time with the kids and my mother and chit chat with them all day long!

But before all the adventures and chit chatting with family back home, I did finish all the crochet angry birds and pigs that I was working on couple of months ago. I tried to complete them all but I do not have yarns and I can’t order online too because we are moving to another country….

Speaking of moving! It was exhausting and crazy moving all of our stuff to the states. Well, I did not do all the packing but cleaning, sorting stuff before the movers came, clearing the fridge, gathering all the documents we need, etc. it was not fun at all. I still need to clean this apartment before the end of the month and then move to a hotel and then travel again! Whew! What a month for me.

Okay, enough with story here are some photos I took before I went home.
