when i did my dough the night before i used all purpose flour instead of bleached flour because i forgot to buy bleached flour. as for the result i guess it didn't turn out good because it was hard to roll the lumpia, so i had to roll them into bread crumbs, just to make sure the fillings will not burst out of the wrapper into the fryer. it went out okay.
